gvaji Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gvaji ("gvaji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gvaji.pro. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gvaji platform and close any account you hold with us.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. gvaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. In addition to the age requirement, you are ineligible to use gvaji if any of the following apply to you:

• You are a resident of or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are currently subject to a self-exclusion order at gvaji or any other gambling operator.
• You are acting on behalf of another person or are a professional gambler operating a syndicate or organised group.
• You are an employee, contractor, or director of gvaji, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have previously had an account closed or suspended by gvaji for breach of these Terms.

gvaji employs automated and manual verification processes to confirm player eligibility. We may request identification documents including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access gvaji's betting and casino services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations and ongoing account maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If we discover multiple accounts registered to the same person, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts may be voided.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • gvaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of any provision of these Terms.

All financial transactions on gvaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. gvaji does not accept deposits via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or any method not explicitly listed on the deposits page.
• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though gvaji reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion, particularly following incomplete KYC verification.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to someone other than the gvaji account holder — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• gvaji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, over which gvaji has no control.

The following conditions govern withdrawals from your gvaji account:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to account verification status. Where a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original deposit method, gvaji will contact you to arrange an alternative.
• gvaji aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• gvaji reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, gvaji will notify you and may request additional supporting documentation before processing the withdrawal.

gvaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed standard account registration and identity verification. Players with accounts under review or restriction may not be eligible for promotional offers.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements at gvaji range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the game category.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the offer. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without notice.
• gvaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer has already been claimed by a player, the terms applicable at the time of the claim will continue to apply to that claim.

All bets and wagers placed on gvaji are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules applicable to the individual wager:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gvaji does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances where the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under conditions that trigger the applicable void-bet policy.
• gvaji uses real-time data feeds from licensed sports data providers for the settlement of sportsbook markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets. In the event of a discrepancy between gvaji's data feed and official match results, the official governing body's result will take precedence.
• All casino games on gvaji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations provided by licensed third-party game studios. The published RTP for each game applies to the long-run theoretical return and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting round — including server errors, connectivity interruptions, or software faults — gvaji will attempt to resolve the round using available game logs. Where resolution is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market page prior to placing any wager. gvaji reserves the right to change bet limits at any time without prior notice.

gvaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time-Out: Players may activate a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which they will be unable to log in to their gvaji account. Time-outs take effect immediately upon activation.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic session reminders that display the duration of the current gaming session and cumulative amounts wagered. These reminders are designed to help players make informed decisions about continued play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gvaji platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable Bangladeshi law or international standards.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated method to interact with the platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage or circumvents standard gameplay mechanics.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event covered by gvaji's sportsbook.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions that result in an inaccurate display of odds, balances, or game outcomes. Any winnings derived from a confirmed software error may be voided.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts with third parties, or allowing minors to access your gvaji account under any circumstances.

gvaji employs real-time fraud detection systems and reserves the right to review any account or transaction where prohibited conduct is suspected. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance — including bonus and real-money funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part at gvaji's discretion.

All content on the gvaji platform — including but not limited to the gvaji brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software interfaces, game content licensed from third-party providers, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of gvaji or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gvaji platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any gvaji content.

Any unauthorised use of gvaji's intellectual property — including the use of the gvaji name, logo, or platform screenshots in third-party websites, social media accounts, or promotional materials without express written consent — constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gvaji's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your gvaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gvaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gvaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law. This limitation of liability section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection legislation.

gvaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the registered account address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any amendments.

Your continued use of the gvaji platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and gvaji arising from your use of the platform or from these Terms, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. gvaji commits to investigating all complaints received in good faith and providing a written response within 14 days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable law.
